The CSC scholarship of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) has ten awards that are endowed by the Government. There are four scholarships for international students, three scholarships for Chinese students studying in foreign countries, one scholarship for Chinese students studying in overseas study centers in China, two scholarships for excellent teachers. The purpose is to encourage outstanding international students, Chinese studying abroad and excellent teachers to return back to China or stay in UESTC so as to contribute their talent.

The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) is a national public university in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan Province, Southwestern China. It is one of the nine members in the University Alliance of the Yangtze River Delta. UESTC was founded in 1956 as the first electronic engineering institute in China.
