The scholarships provide financial support to international students for their study in China. The CSC will provide scholarship recipients with living allowances, tuition fees, and insurance fee coverage.

Applying Procedure: Applying Procedure
Applicants should submit the following materials by post.
- CV, including a list of academic papers and a list of awards received during your study abroad period.
- Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors at accredited universities with contact information.
- A copy of academic transcripts.
- A copy of degree certificates and proof of enrollment if already studying abroad for their first degree (degree certificate and an official letter from the school or organization can be accepted as proof).
- Over 80 high-resolution passport-style photos taken within the last six months.
- A personal statement written by the applicant (in English or Chinese), with a maximum of 3 pages.
